Weekly Payments Guide
SimSure is now phone‑exclusive - you can only access it through the in‑game phone app.

All ongoing SimSure payments are taken every Friday.

The exact time can vary, but SimSure will automatically total up everything your Sim’s household is currently paying for and deduct the full amount in one combined payment.

For example, if your Sim has:

• Essential Home Plan – $6 weekly

• Repair Plus – $70 weekly

• 1 Life Cover (Premium) – $40 weekly

Their total weekly payment would be $116.

Failed Payments

If your household doesn’t have enough funds, SimSure will take whatever amount is available, but the payment will still be marked as missed.

A Missed Payment is created on the Friday the payment fails, and you have until Monday to pay it.

If the missed payment is not paid by Monday, the policy will be cancelled.

How to Pay a Missed Payment

To pay any outstanding balance:

1. Open your Sim’s Phone App

2. Tap Coverage & Services

3. Select Billing & Payments

4. Pay each plan that shows an Outstanding Payment

Each missed payment is cleared one at a time, and once all outstanding payments are paid, your billing will return to automatic weekly payments as normal.
