Policy Cancelations
SimSure is now phone‑exclusive - you can only access it through the in‑game phone app.

Full Cancelling of Your Cover

To cancel part of your SimSure coverage:

1. Open your Sim’s Phone App

2. Select Coverage & Services

3. Choose Full Cancellation of Cover

Once you confirm, you’ll receive a notification stating that the selected plan has been cancelled.

Cancelling Part of Your Cover

To cancel part of your SimSure coverage:

1. Open your Sim’s Phone App

2. Select Coverage & Services

3. Choose Partial Cancellation of Cover

You will see a list of all active policies your household currently has.

Select the policy you want to cancel.

Once you confirm, you’ll receive a notification stating that the selected plan has been cancelled.
