Pet Damage Claims Management
SimSure is now phone‑exclusive - you can only access it through the in‑game phone app.

Pet Damage Claim

You can only make a Pet Damage Claim if you have either the Paws & Peace plan or the Guardian Plus plan.

Households on other plans will not see this claim option.

To make a Pet Damage Claim:

1. Open your Sim’s Phone App

2. Select Coverage & Services

3. Choose Claims Management

4. Select Home Cover Claim

You will see a list of all the claim types your household is eligible to make.

After selecting Pet Damage and confirming that SimSure can verify your details:

• You will receive a notification asking if you are happy to pay the excess fee.

• Once confirmed, you’ll get another notification stating that your claim has been received.

After a short wait, you will receive a final notification telling you whether:

• Your claim qualifies for a payout, or

• Your claim does not qualify.

After another wait, you should receive your repair funds directly into your household account.

Pay-out Information

Pet Damage cover will only pay just over the cost to repair the damaged item.

For example:
If a chair costs $12 to repair, you will not receive more than $50 total. Pet Damage is designed to cover small household repairs caused by pets, not large replacements.
