Life Insurance Claims

When a Sim passes away, you can file a Life Insurance Claim through the SimSure app — but remember, not every claim will be valid, depending on the Sim’s coverage and circumstances.

To make a claim:

1. Open the SimSure App on your Sim’s phone.

2. Go to Coverage & Services → Claims Management.

3. Select Life Insurance Claim.

4. A Sim Picker will appear — choose the Sim whose estate you want to claim from.

5. Once submitted, you’ll receive a notification confirming your claim has been received.

Claims can take around 3-4 days

After your claim is filed, you’ll receive a notification letting you know whether your claim has been accepted or rejected. This can take a little while, so don’t worry if it doesn’t pop up straight away. Once you receive this you will get pay-out in the next 2-3 days

Pay-out amount depends on which plan was bought

Basics Plan - $30’000  - 1 Claim
Standard Plan - $25’000 - 2 Claims
Premium -$25’000 - 4 Claims
